Shipping at a glance: Standard shipping is US$6.49 on orders below US$99. Orders of US$99 or more receive free standard shipping. Available delivery destinations and shipping methods are confirmed by entering your address at checkout.

Shipping and processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times can vary by product, supplier availability and destination.
  • Some items may be dispatched separately if they are fulfilled through different supplier or warehouse routes.
  • Where tracking is available, tracking details are shared after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear in the carrier system.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Customs checks, carrier capacity, weather and local delivery conditions can affect transit.
  • Import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply depending on your destination and local rules. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.

Returns and order issues

Please contact LumaRest Support before sending any item back. We will provide the correct return instructions and destination where a return is approved. Do not return an item directly to a supplier or warehouse without written instructions from us.

  • Damaged, incorrect or missing items: Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution.
  • Change of mind: Contact us before arranging a return. Items must generally be unused and returned in their original packaging. For personal-care or skin-contact products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after any required review or return inspection. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region. Where local law provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
